Diaspora in a teacup, is an online space dedicated to the curation of an ongoing, collaborative research project between Laurie A. Wilke (UC Berkeley), Kelly Fong (UCLA), and a multitude of student researchers. The project is centered around the F.S. Louie company, a Chinese restaurant wares wholesaler located in Berkeley, CA. This online data base and blog aims to center the lives of Louie, his family, and the greater Chinese community through the analysis of restaurant wares and their distribution??
